Guy Christiano is a Nashville based indie-folk power-pop artist. He builds a kaleidescopic pallet of different sounds ranging from the 60's through the 90's and into the current day. His songs have been described as a blend of Tom Petty, Teenage Fanclub, Neil Young, Jason Isbel, and Matthew Sweet.
Lyrics explore themes of hope, perseverance, and acceptance in one's own individuality - including both strengths and shortcomings. He addresses modern day challenges of anxiety, isolation, and self-doubt - navigating a path forward through internal reflection, comforting relationships, and spirituality - expressed through the stream-of-consciousness freedom of a song.
He is finishing up a debut LP of 10 songs, recorded in Nashville at Ken Coomer's (Wilco, Uncle Tupelo) Paper Moon Studios and with Eric Fritsche and Jim Reilley (The New Dylans) at the Barn, due out in 2026. Live shows to follow. See you in 2026!
